This Privacy Policy explains how Lahta LLC (“Bestie,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information when you use the Bestie mobile application and related services (together, the “Services”).

Bestie is a women-first personal AI guide designed around relationships, beauty, confidence, boundaries, and everyday life.

1. Privacy at a glance

• We process account information to let you sign in and manage your account.
• You may provide a name, age, preferences, and information you choose to include in conversations.
• The current preview uses demonstration replies. Messages entered in this preview are not sent to an external AI provider to generate replies.
• Dictation uses your microphone with permission. Speech recognition runs on your device when supported and may otherwise involve Apple’s servers.
• When enabled, product analytics record selected usage events and technical information. They do not include your conversation text, audio, name, age, or personalization answers.
• We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.

2. Information we process

Account and sign-in information

When you sign in with Apple or Google, we use Firebase Authentication to establish and maintain your account.

Depending on your sign-in provider and settings, account information may include:

• A unique account identifier.
• Your email address, including an Apple private relay address if you choose to use one.
• Your name or other basic profile information supplied by the sign-in provider.
• Authentication tokens, provider information, and account status.
